Philip EDmunDson

Philip has taught extensively across the West Midlands, in secondary, further and higher education, working with learners who have low aspirations or challenging personal circumstances. Philip says that his own education changed his life and that education is a basic requisite for every child. This belief is what drives him, along with his desire to address inequalities and help other educators to serve the communities in which they work.

working with schools and problem-solving on the wider educational issues that surround pastoral care, learning communities and Extended Services. Philip makes sure that Ormiston Education’s ideas, systems and connections have a measurable impact on the schools they work with – and this helps us to develop new educational models.
