Leadership Reviews

Judgement about Leadership and Management are a key aspect of the school School Evaluation Form (SEF) for the OFSTED Inspection. The review therefore reports upon the impact of leadership and management at all levels and provides evidence to support the SEF judgements by identifying areas for improvement as well as strengths. The review informs future school planning.

The verbal feedback to the Senior Leadership Team becomes a development opportunity as part of a professional dialogue formed upon the role and impact of the Leadership Team. Leadership Reviews are led by experienced Principal Consultants with either Headship experience or at a similar level in a local authority complemented by extensive work at a national level across many schools.
