The Middle Manager Programme

Developing Leadership in Middle Managers - Outline Programme

(Please note: each programme will vary somewhat depending on the specific needs of the school.)

The Purpose of the Programme:

  1. To distinguish Leadership in Middle Managers form Management
  2. To raise awareness of the effective leadership skills for middle management
  3. To practice leadership skills within a context
  4. To further develop people management skills
  5. To identify strategies for improving team members delivery in the classroom
  6. To share good practice: to learn from other participants and other schools and to share learning from the course with other colleagues.

Participants:

  • Those that hold middle manager responsibility within the school
  • Maximum participants for each programme = 8
