Recruitment Management

Schools face a significant workload in the management of recruitment and the Trust offers a service to schools that reduces this workload. Working with the Headteacher, Ormiston Education supports in the preparation/modification of job descriptions and person specifications, drafts and places advertisements and prepares an information pack both online and in folder.

Requests for information are met, the short-listing process is supported and the interviews managed with appropriate debriefing for unsuccessful applicants.

Marketing support is also available should schools require their information pack to have maximum impact, an important feature at a time of difficulty in teacher recruitment.

The Trust also offers a 'headhunting' service for specific posts particularly at senior level.
